Introduction: This is Abdhus Salam Rojak located at Ayer Rajah Food Centre. They have been serving Indian rojak since the 1960s, It offers more than 20 types of rojak ingredients. All of them are handmade daily.
Offerings: In Abdhus Salam, Indian Rojak is a dish eaten as a side dish. It consists of fried potatoes, fried prawn fritters, fried sausages, onions, chilli and more.

Introduction: Al Mahboob Rojak is a casual dining restaurant that offers a variety of delicious Indian and Halal cuisine at affordable prices. They carefully prepare each dish using only the best ingredients to make sure that the colour, flavour and texture are perfect to cater to every palate.
Offerings: Behind every successful rojak, it’s because the peanut sauce, which is made from more than 10 ingredients, such as chilli powder and root vegetables. Introduction: Located in Ayer Rajah Food Centre, Habib’s Rojak has been around for 30 years.
Habib is the second-generation owner of the stall. His father started the business in 1989 and interestingly named it after him when he was about a year old. How fitting since he’s running the stall now! He started helping out at the stall at a very young age. From peeling potatoes and eggs, Habib eventually took over the stall about 10 years ago.
Offerings: The ingredients here at Habib’s Rojak are fresh and handmade daily. More importantly, prices are affordable too!

Introduction: The alternate store to Sabeena Indian Food, run by her brother Sabeek and named after their mother. The family sure likes their store named after each other. Their rojak is lighter and less greasy, but their amazing sauce makes all the difference. So delicious that you won’t waste even a single drop!
Offerings: Indian Rojak the sauce is very important. Here the sauce is not too spicy, just nice and has a sweetness and richness in it. The choice of ingredients for their Indian Rojak includes potato, fried flour with egg, egg and fish cake, the boss also added in some cucumbers, onions and green chilli.

Introduction: This stall was voted 10 Best Indian Rojak by Citygas and Xin Min Ri Bao. There is quite an extensive selection to choose from for their Indian Rojak, such as Egg Dough fritters, Plain dough fritters, hotdogs, Coconut fritters, fish cake, potatoes, Ngoh Hiang, Fish Fillet and Wadeh. Other typical Mamak fares like Mee Goreng, Sop Kambing and Roti Prata are also available.
Offerings: They also sell other foods such as Mee Goreng, Sop Kambing and Roti Prata. But the most famous one is definitely their Indian rojak. Their sauce is the most delicious.
