A hearty plate of murtabak is tough to beat when it comes to a midnight supper. Murtabak is basically the stuffed version of Roti Prata. They are stuffed with copious amounts of vegetables, eggs, spiced meats, and more. While they are usually associated with Indian food, you can actually find all sorts of murtabak (or martabak). Introduction: Victory Restaurant is one of the pioneer Indian-Muslim restaurants located directly opposite Sultan Mosque along North Bridge Road.

Founded in 1910 by Abdul Rahiman from Kerela India,  Victory Restaurant serves South Indian Cuisine such as Murtabak and Briyani dishes.
