Introduction: Old Punggol Satay is now in it’s second generation, originated in Punggol, the famous satay was disappeared for sometime before the son decided to restart the business after some persuasion from the satay lovers. The business has since expanded under franchising. The stall offers Pork, Chicken and Mutton satay.

Introduction:
Haron Satay & Chicken Wing aka Haron Satay 30 has come a long way from being razed by a fire in 2013 to the passing of their founder in 2016. Emerging out of all these, is the famous and popular satay holding on to its reign and crowned the title of Singapore Hawker Master in 2011. It is also one of the must eat local satay stall at East coast lagoon food village.
Winner of Class 95’s Foodie’s Choice for BEST SATAY as voted by their listeners. These are halal satay that are fit for the president of Singapore as they are invited to serve their satay to the Istana. They also have a Haron 55 restaurant at Upper East Coast Road serving satay bentos and platters.

Introduction: Having been around for more than 30 years, Chun Man Yuan, also known as CMY, is widely known for being one of the largest satay manufacturers in Singapore. 7. Kwong Satay
Introduction:
Kwong Satay traces its roots to the 1960s when the grandfather of Mr. Wong Chee Kwong peddled satay from a trishaw around the Katong area. Two decades later, Mr. Wong Chee Kwong continued the family tradition when he started selling satay at Lorong 29 Geylang, which is now our flagship stall. As the business grew, Mr. Wong expanded into the manufacturing and wholesale distribution of satay, satay sauce and ketupat (satay rice cake) at Bukit Batok Crescent, Enterprise Centre and Kwong Satay counts more than a dozen hawker stalls and eateries in Singapore among our regular clients now.
Today, into its fourth generation, Kwong Satay proudly continues this heritage with no changes to the original recipe. Which is what makes our satay outstanding – the use of our original Hainanese recipe, in both our satay marinate and sauce. A traditional favourite through the decades is our signature pork loin satay and equally popular are our chicken, mutton, beef as well as pork belly satay.

Introduction: Uncle Victor started his business when he was 24 years old and has been running his stall for over 40 years. As a vegetarian due to his religion, he has been promoting vegetarianism in Singapore, as well as for sustainability and environmental reasons. As a result, in order to make vegetarian meals more appealing to the locals, he began researching and recreating food that would suit our palates.
Upon first look at the satays, you would probably forget they’re actually vegetarian! Made up of soy protein, the satay “meat” has the charred bits just like the real one which gave a pleasant crunch with every bite

Introduction: The man behind the grill is 70 year old Mr Wee Sang Tow who grew up helping his father at his satay stall along Geylang Lor 3 in the 1960′s. After moving a few times, he eventually settled at Old Airport Road Food Centre when it opened in 1974. Life for the old couple has been much the same for the last 5 decades. They are either grilling satay or spending hours slicing, marinating and skewering the satay!

A popular supper spot, Satay Guan is one of the hidden gems in Whampoa Makan Place. Despite the lack of a long queue, their satays are in high demand with the two ladies turning over orders as quick as every couple minutes. You don’t need to wait long for piping hot satay here!
Their satays are well marinated before being grilled on the charcoal. The best is the pork satay, which comes with juicy chunks of fat skewered in between tender pieces of pork. When dipped into the peanut sauce, every bite is flavourful. The chicken satay is slightly less punchier probably due to the absence of fat, but just as tender. Satay Guan’s honey glazing is on the sweeter side, and balances well with the slightly charred meats.

Introduction:
Opened in 1955, Shi Xiang Satay has seen generations of customers come and go. Now, it is run by Young, the original owner’s son. He learnt how to make satay from his mother, who learnt the craft from her husband.
Shi Xiang Satay first started out by on the streets. No matter how things changed, the stall always stayed in chinatown. They didn’t have a name back then, so their customers helped them come up with one.
