He had several partnerships with friends and eventually decided to venture on his own in 2012 under the brand name of Ah Hoe Mee Pok. In May 2015, Ah Hoe Mee Pok relocated back to Block 501 Food Loft Coffee Shop, and has since operated at this location.
Eric has high aspirations in expanding his business. He partnered a friend in September 2018 to open a noodle shop in Katong but has ceased this relationship 3 months later. We want to categorically state that Ah Hoe Mee Pok has no relationships whatsoever with the Japanese-operated stall in West Coast and Katong Noodle House.
